I'm in the process of creating the Free Photo Guide page for Hawaii, USA. This page should be linked in to the USA page within a few days.
If anyone is interested in taking over administration of the Hawaii page of the OSPG once I get it launched, please contact me directly. I'm only the temporary administrator of this page.
